How To Tie Shoelaces

I recently bought Alex a new pair of shoes. She's been complaining about her feet being painful while wearing the old rubbershoes she has which I bought when she was still 2 years old. I guess, she also deserves a new one after being sick. I don't know but I think my parenting style is one way or another the same with my mama. We usually enjoy some perks in the form of new shirt or shoes after getting sick.

Anyway, Alex was so excited seeing her new pink Dora the Explorer "Chuck Taylor look-alike" high cut rubbershoes. She insisted on tying the shoelaces herself. It wasn't perfect though but I am amazed at her determination.
